• create a package
  
   create a table view
  
  make the package as the scope of the table view
  
   make the table view read only
  
   delete the package
  
   problems:
  
   1. the user doesn't get a warning about read only reference of
  the package
  
  2. after save and reload, the package can be seen as the scope
  of the table view
