  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

  This APAR enables LIU to provide trace function support when
  LIU runs under IMS Administration Tool.
  
  This APAR also provides a fix for the following problems:
   - LIU module FABXATY0 which is called by IMS Administration
     Tool fails with MSGFABX0544E when it loads IMS catalog
     directory which is active on the different z/OS LPAR.
   - FABXATY0 incorrectly issues MSGFABX0511E when the number of
     DBD and PSB resources in IMS catalog directory is less than
     the number of DBD and PSB members in ACB library.
   - FABXATY0 causes ABEND0C4 when member DFSCD000 does not exist
     in active ACB library.
  

Problem conclusion

• The following modules have been modified to support trace
  function and fix the problem:
  
  FABXAAC1 FABXADSC FABXATY0 FABXATY1 FABXCAPL FABXCAST FABXCATM
