PI87752: PROPORTIONAL SPREAD CAUSES MEMORY LEAK SINCE FP7 IF5 : MEMORY CONSUMPTION EXPLODES AND NEVER ENDS

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After applying IF5, data spread is not working anymore : memory
  consumption of tm1sd.exe is quickly increasing until it is
  taking the whole available memory on server.
  This did not happen in FP7 but this is not possible to downgrade
  to FP7 because since IF5 the format of .CUB files has been
  modified (if trying to go back to FP7, the .CUB are ignored with
  error message "File format is too new". So the situation is
  blocked)
