When the EJB remote feature has been enabled, but the ORB has
not finished starting, the following error may be seen:

Problem conclusion

The EJB Container has been updated to wait for the ORB to start
before completing initialization of remote EJBs. The
NullpointerException will no longer occur for this scenario.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
