Error description

If files in the config dropins directories are removed while
they are being processed it's possible for a
NullPointerException to be issued by the configuration
runtime.

If files in the config dropins directories are removed while
they are being processed it's possible for a
NullPointerException to be issued by the configuration runtime.

Problem conclusion

The configuration runtime will now avoid throwing a
NullPointerException when files are removed during configuration
processing.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 17.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
