Error description

• If the IPv6 address on the interface contains ::, LB will not
  calculate the prefix for the subnet correctly.

  When the IPv6 address of the load balancer machine contains
  notation with two adjacent colons (::), the prefix will be set
  to 128.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been corrected for addresses containing adjacent
  colons and the prefix will be set according to the prefix
  assigned to the address. Prior to this correction, a prefix of
  128 (full address) was assigned so no interface could be
  matched for packet forwarding.
