Error description

• Change Management run job abends while executing Check Data
  utility with the following error.
     DSNU214I -DSNA 241 08:38:51.78 DSNUGDTC - REBUILD PENDING
               ON INDEX xxxx PROHIBITS PROCESSING
  The creation of index xxxx is part of this change. The index
  should be rebuild before executing the Check Data utility.
