PI87117: DFHIS0002 SEVERE ERROR CODE 0688 IN MODULE DFHISXM AT SHUTDOWN

• During region termination, the CICS region
  received these messages and a dump:

  A transaction was routed over an IPIC connection from a TOR
  and the region attempted to attach transaction CITS
  to install the remote terminal.
    But, this failed because the transaction
  is not able to start during shutdown.
  .
  DFHAC2007 Transaction CITS cannot run
      as CICS shutdown is in progress.
  DFHIS1025 Failed to attach mirror transaction ... on IPCONN PT2
      Error code is X'061A'.
  DFHIS1021 Session error occurred on RECEIVE IPIC session

    CICS internal trace in the dump shows that abend AZTC started
  but while processing the abend, this trace entry was issued:

  A TOR routed a transaction to an AOR over an IPIC connection.
  The AOR was being quiesced and it was not possible to attach the
  user transaction and the CITS transaction, to install a
  surrogate terminal, because the user transaction and CITS
  are not enabled for shutdown. DFHAPRA sent an APRA_DISASTER
  response to DFHISXM and this provoked the taking of a system
  dump and issuing of a DFHIS0002 severe error message.

Problem conclusion

• CICS has been changed so DFHAPRA sends a response of
  APRA_INVALID with reason APRA_REMOTE_TERMINAL_FAILURE when
  it is not possible to attach CITS during shutdown.
