Error description

• There is a problem in the management of the load module
  BBODPCRT (which contains BBORLCRM--the local comm resmgr) that
  can lead to the load module being deleting with the chance that
  calls will still be made to it.

  WebSphere Application Server for z/OS establishes resmgrs in
  client address spaces for Local Comm (LCOM) users and, by
  extension, WOLA users.   The LCOM resmgr routine, BBORLCRM
  resides in module BBODPCRT.  This module is loaded into common
  storage and is managed with reference counts and version
  strings.
  A problem with the management of the reference count related to
  the BBORLCRM routine allowed the containing module instance to
  be deleted after a code update.
  Some days later a CICS client space was terminating and
  encountered an ABEND 0C1 when the LCOM resmgr routine was
  invoked.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code was modified to properly maintain a reference count for the
  LCOM resmgr routine.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 8.5.5.13.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
