PI87004: LIU FOR IMS ADMINISTRATION TOOL CAUSES ABENDU3303 WHEN IMS IS ACTIVE AT THE SAME LPAR AND IRLM=N

Error description

• When LIU runs under IMS Administration Tool and certain
  condition is met, LIU causes ABENDU3303
  The ABEND condition is IMS is active at the same LPAR and
  IRLM=N.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When LIU runs under IMS Administration  *
  *                      Tool and the following conditions are   *
  *                      met, it causes ABENDU3303.              *
  *                      - IMS is active at the same LPAR        *
  *                      - IRLM=N                                *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR fixes Library Integrity Utilities which runs under IMS
  Administration Tool not to cause ABENDU3303 when it processes
  IMS catalog space analysis and summary report, IMS catalog
  compare and IMS SPUFI function.
  The ABEND is caused when the following conditions are all met.
  - IMS is active at the same LPAR
  - IRLM=N

  problem:
