Error description

• When altering the storage attributes of an index defined on a
  base table that has a related clone table, the generated APPLY
  job is incomplete and does not properly implement the desired
  change. Both the bufferpool specification for the index, as
  well as some of the storage attributes (PQTY, SQTY, Free page)
  were altered.

  *                      clone table is unloaded when dropped    *
  *                      but not loaded back after the clone     *
  *                      is recreated.                           *

  When altering a table which has a related clone table or
  altering an index defined on such table the clone table
  has to be dropped first. The clone table is unloaded
  before being dropped but not loaded back after it
  is recreated.
  

Problem conclusion

• The reported issue with missing load step in generated jcl has
  been resolved.
