Error description

• This APAR addresses two issues:
  1.  ETI516E - Connection program load modules DSNALI, DSNHLI2,
  DSNWLI2, DSNTIAR were not found in specified load libraries for
  DB2 subsystem.
  2.   Add the capability to hide/limit commands menu in release
  4.5.
  

Local fix

• Suggested workaround is to create DSNHLI2 and DSNWLI2 aliases
  for DSNALI module
