Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: IBM IMS Database Repair Facility (DBRF) for * * z/OS Version 3 Release 1 (FMID=H22K310) * * users who run interactively. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR fixes some problems when you * * run DBRF interactively. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR. * **************************************************************** This APAR fixes the following problems: 1.DBRF in interactive mode does not process HALDB disabled partitions. When a root key for the HALDB is specified on the Initial selection panel, DBRF should determine the partition to which the key belongs from partitions except disabled partitions. But, DBRF wrongly determines the partition to which the key belongs from partitions including disabled partitions. As the reslut, there is a case that DBRF wrongly selects a disabeld partition and issues MSGFABZ091I. 2.When a key is specified on the Initial selection panel for a PSINDEX, the partition name and a key must be specified. DBRF should determine the partition to which the key belongs. 3.The incorrect word "Root key" was described in both the Initial selection panel for a PSINDEX and its help panel. It should be "Key".
