  • If DSNZPARM EDMSTMTC is set to a value of 209715 (2 gig) the
    value shown in the PE client displays as negative -2147483648

    *                      the Performance Expert Client shows a   *
    *                      value of "-2147483648" which is not     *
    *                      correct. A value of "2048 MB" should be *
    *                      displayed instead.                      *

    * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *

    The Data Server KPI "DSC size (SP)" shows a negative value of
    "-2147483648" for ZPARM EDMSTMTC while it should display
    "2048 MB".
    

Problem conclusion

  • The appropriate code changes in the Performance Expert Server
    component have been made to correct the problem to display the
    correct value for ZPARM EDMSTMTC.
    Note: The code has been corrected also to accommodate the
    solution for the same problem that can occur with ZPARMs EDMDBDC
    and EDM_SKELETON_POOL set to a value of 2097152.
