PI86633: UNPREDICTABLE RESULTS WHEN USING INCORRECT SEGMENT INFORMATION AND DLI STATUS CODE FILTER

Error description

• When utilizing an IMS STAP policy that contains non-blank DLI
  Status code to be reported, ABENDS in the AUILOOB/Z modules or
  false segment concatenated key and/or segment data may be
  reported for DLI calls which resulted in one of the audited
  non-blank DLI Status codes.  This fix corrects the issue.
