Error description

The following exception is generated:

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
javax.ws.rs.core.MediaType cannot be found by
com.ibm.websphere.appserver.api.jaxrs20*

The Jackson code (from the jackson 2.4.5 bundle) is
attempting
to load the javax.ws.rs.core.MediaType class directly.  The
jackson_2.4.5 bundle does not import
javax.ws.rs.core.MediaType so it will fail to load that
class.

During jackson introspection it is unable to find MediaType
referenced in IMultipartBody because the
com.ibm.websphere.appserver.api.jaxrs20 manifest does not
import JAX_RS interface classes like MediaType and the OSGI
framework cannot load these type.

One of JAX-RS bundles is not correctly listing all required
dependencies inside the manifest file

This problem occurs because the Liberty JAX-RS is not importing
all of the jars necessary to support the multi-part media type
resulting in an error similar to the following:

Problem conclusion

Added the necessary javax imports to the
com.ibm.websphere.appserver.api.jaxrs20 binding file.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
