Error description

• Running the z/OS Connect EE build toolkit (zconbt) to create
  a SAR file for the WOLA SP, with useChannel=true specified in
  the properties file, the build toolkit issues the following
  messages:
  
  BAQB0001I: Creating service archive from configuration file
  <dir_path_your.properties>
  BAQB0013E: Unexpected error has occurred: null
  
  If zconbt is run with -verbose parameter, it indicates a
  NullPointerException has occurred as indicated by the following
  output:
  java.lang.NullPointerException
