Error description

• Two issues are addressed:
  1. Catalog Copy fails when generating DDL because a
      package in SYSPACKDEP was not found in
      SYSPACKAGES.
     ADB1223E ADB2REP: Unexpected sqlcode in :
     Select syspackage
     DSNT404I SQLCODE = 100, NOT FOUND: ROW NOT
              FOUND FOR FETCH, UPDATE, OR DELETE,
              OR THE RESULT OF A QUERY IS AN EMPTY
              TABLE
  2. For a GEN request with DB='dbname',TS='toolongtsname'
     where the TS name is too long, processing continues with
     the TS name truncated to 8 characters without any error
     messages.
  

Local fix

• For issue #1: Remove the REBIND option from the PARM field in:
    RUN PROGRAM(ADB2GEN) PARM('/ ...REBIND..'¿)

Problem conclusion

• The problems have been resolved. For catalog copy
  DDL creation, pacakages that are not in the Db2 catalog
  will be skipped. GEN will now write an error message
  and stop if a GEN request contains a DB and/or TS name
  that is longer than 8 characters.
