  * MACRO DFSLCB was generating a LCB control block entry.       *

  MSPLINK macro is used to define MSC physical links in the IMS
  system definition. TCPIP link has multiple  parameters.
  Parameters NAME, LCLICON, and LCLPLKID could be 1-8 characters
  long. If a longer parameter name is chosen, the source code
  building LCB control block can be generated by MACRO DFSCOMM1
  with good RC, but the code's format might be incorrect.
  
  At Stage 2, MACRO DFSLCB is invoked to generate MSC link control
  block from the source code generated at Stage 1. If the input
  parameters to DFSLCB are within column 72, STAGE 2 can run
  successfully. Otherwise error message ASMA144E is issued  to
  indicate 'Begin-to-continue columns not blank' and STAGE 2
  failed also with RC 8. The customer encountered this error as
  the passed parameters were beyond column 72. But the problem was
  caused earlier at Stage 1.
  

Problem conclusion

• Macro DFSCOMM1 has been enhanced to
  1. punch " DFSLCB &PNAM,&FLG1,&FLG2,&LNR,CTT&CTTW,&DCB," with
  continuation character ";" at column 72.
  2. punch the rest parameters.
