Error description

When an OIDC implicit login is performed and the OP sends
back
an id_token that is very large, the Liberty OIDC RP will not
be
able to successfully authenticate the user.

If an OpenID Connect (OIDC) provider sends a large id_token to a
Liberty OIDC Relying Party (RP) during implicit login, the login
will fail.  There will be no indication in the log why the login
failed.

Problem conclusion

The Liberty OIDC RP is updated to handle large id_tokens during
implicit login.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 17.0.0.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
