Error description

• Site Selector may fail to run when installed with a 64bit
  version of Dispatcher.

  When Site Selector is installed, it may install 32bit native
  libraries on a 64bit operating system. This prevents Site
  Selector from starting when invoked using a 64bit jvm.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been corrected to remoev the use of the native
  libraries. Site Selector does not have a dependency on native
  libraries and can be used with a 32bit or 64bit jvm with this
  correction.
