PI86086: RELOAD AFTER COMPARE OR CM BATCH ADD OF COLUMN AND UNLOAD MAY FAIL WITH "DSNU323I DSNURWUF - COLUMN 'COLUMNAME' IS OMITTED"

APAR status

Error description

• After Object Compare or Admin Tool CM batch generates the
  addition of a not null column without default to the end of a
  table, and executes an UNLOAD with UTIL_UNLOAD_NOPAD = 'Y', the
  new column is omitted from the LOAD control card of the
  subsequent RELOAD, and the RELOAD fails with the following
  message:
  "DSNU323I DSNURWUF - COLUMN 'columname' IS OMITTED".

  When adding a NOT NULL WITH NO DEFAULT column
  to the end of a table, and specifying the NOPAD option
  in the UNLOAD utility during the change process, the table
  is dropped and recreated successfully, but the RELOAD
  of the table fails with the below error, indicating that the
  new column had been omitted from the LOAD control
  statement:
  
  DSNU323I csect-name COLUMN ccc IS OMITTED
