  1. Incorrect logic caused the skip of some Lock Wait records for
  rollup DDF/RRSAF threads in Near Term History during display on
  ZHTWAIT panel.
  
  2. Allow sorting for Lock Suspension data on panel ZHTWAIT so
  wait times can be easily reviewed.

• 1. Logic was changed to use special key for selecting records
  for rollup DDF/RRSAF threads.
