PI85949: DUPLICATE LRSN LOG RECORDS SKIPPED ON DB2V10

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Systems with IIDR CDC z/OS PTF UI47911 applied may have log
  records skipped on DB2 for z/OS V10 that had duplicate LRSNs.
  The can manifest itself in a number of ways, including
  subscriptions ending with CHC1528E A UR Control Record
  sequencing error.

  The code in PTF UI47911 to establish the log start position
  performed an incorrect calculation that affected subsequent
  processing on DB2 V10 data sharing subsystems.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code to set the log reading starting position was updated to
  correct the issue.
