  * RECOMMENDATION: Install the PTF.                             *
  ****************************************************************
  Fix creating the IRLM exception records without waiters.
  Check the cpool boundaries and not get extended beyond the end
  of the current  cell pool.
  

Problem conclusion

• Install the APAR to avoid CPOOL overlay and 0C4.
