  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When creating audit file from archived  *
  *                      history data sets, all archives are     *
  *                      read from the beginning to the end,     *
  *                      even those that contain records outside *
  *                      the requested boundaries. This APAR     *
  *                      changes the programs to read the        *
  *                      control info at the beginning of the    *
  *                      archived files and to skip these with   *
  *                      records only outside the requested time *
  *                      boundaries.                             *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  When creating audit file from archived history data sets, all
  archives are read from the beginning to the end, even those that
  contain records outside the requested boundaries. This APAR
  changes the programs to read the control info at the beginning

  outside the requested time boundaries.
