PI85458: INCORRECT NUMBER OF ROWS AND/OR EMPTY ROWS AFTER FIX FOR PI72114 17/08/03 PTF PECHANGE

Error description

• After the fix for PI72114 has been applied a logical unload
  processed in native mode produces an incorrect output, if the
  following conditions are fullfilled:
  - the ULOPTNS parameter specifies
  ONDEMAND_RESOURCE_ALLOCATION(NO) or do not specify
  ONDEMAND_RESOURCE_ALLOCATION (the default is NO)
  - the UNLOAD statement contains several SELECT
  - some SELECT statements related to a partitioned
  tablespace are processed in native mode
  - some SELECT statements are not supported and
  processed in SQL mode
  
  The known symptoms are as follows. The rows unloaded for the
  SELECT statements against the partitioned are empty. Moreover,
  if such a SELECT statement has a WHERE clause, the incorrect
  number of ros is unloaded.
