Error description

• When loading SMF 115 records, all rows are discarded and the job
  produces the following messages:
  HLOU5807W  Column QWHSTIME has invalid data in Record=1
  HLOU5807W  Column QWHSTIME has invalid data in Record=2
  ..
  HLOU5412W  SYSREC records discarded during CONVERT_INTERNAL
  processing. Utility return code altered.
