• Print Audit Trail Report(AUD) abend0C4 at FMNMSG +x'18D4' in
  case of LANGUAGE=JAPANESE.

  When running a non-English Audit report (AUD), File
  Manager is incorrectly addressing the message module
  and this results in a S0C4 abend when issuing a File
  Manager message.
  

Problem conclusion

• File Manager is modified to correctly address the
  non-English message module when producing Audit
  reports.
