Problem summary

  S714-0C abends are encountered when copying VTFM multi-file
  tapes volumes using CA Copycat.
  The abends are experienced only on 3590/3592 virtual devices
  emulation. They are caused by invalid data posted by VTFM to
  the Read Media Characteristics (x'62') and to the Read Node ID
  (x'3E') channel commands.
  
  A code change has been made to let VTFM post correct data to
  above two channel commands thus letting CA Copycat run to
  completion.
