Error description

• When SSL is enabled with 'SSLEnable', IBM HTTP Server includes
  the SSL_RSA_WITH_3DES_EDE_CBC_SHA cipher in its default ciphers.

  When SSL is enabled with 'SSLEnable', IBM HTTP Server includes
  the SSL_RSA_WITH_3DES_EDE_CBC_SHA cipher in its default ciphers.
  TLSv1.2 also includes TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_3DES_EDE_CBC_SHA and
  TLS_ECDHE_ECDSA_WITH_3DES_EDE_CBC_SHA in its default ciphers.
  As the ecosystem evolves, conventional wisdom is moving from
  de-prioritizing 3DES to removing it completely from the
  defaults.
  

Problem conclusion

• IBM HTTP Server was updated to remove the 3DES ciphers from its
  default ciphers.
  
  The fix is targeted for IBM HTTP Server fix packs:
   - 9.0.0.6
   - 8.5.5.13
   - 8.0.0.15
   - 7.0.0.45
