PI84810: DB2 ADMIN TOOL - COMPARE STEP OF ANALYZE JOB FAILS WITH 'NO SYSINDEXPART ROW FOUND FOR CREATE INDEX' DB2V8 OR OLDER INDEX

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When analyzing a change that has an ADMIN ALTER
  REPLACE COLUMN statement on an index created in
  DB2 version R810 or before, the compare step fails with
  error "No sysindexpart row found for Create index".
  
  This error occurs because the preceding merge step
  generates a version file with the wrong sequence number.
