Error description

• Transit processing detected a high-water mark (HWM) condition
  during processing and erroneously issued MSGIPI0351E because
  Inflight was active.
  
  Note: New informational message IPI0333W is being added
  and will be issued by Transit processing if flushing of
  incomplete transactions due to HWM constraints occurs and
  Inflight is active. No action is necessary, this is an advisory
  message to indicate that some incomplete transactions, that may
  have been expected to be written to an Outflight data set, were
  instead flushed and included in the report set results.

Problem conclusion

• 1. Error IPI0351E Rsn=0002 or Rsn=0003 are only validly detected
     during Inflight initialization processing. If necessary,
     Transit HWM processing should occur during reporting
     regardless of Inflight status.
  
  2. Message IPI0333W is issued by Transit processing if flushing
     of incomplete transactions due to HWM constraints occurs and
     Inflight is active. No action is necessary, this is an
     advisory message to indicate that some incomplete
     transactions, that may have been expected to be written to
     an Outflight data set, were instead flushed and included in
     the report set results.
