PI84670: ABEND0C4 IQCXJOIN NEAR X'16EDE' AFTER PTF UI48513 IS INSTALLED

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• ABENDS0C4 IQCXJOIN after UI48513.  A request for TOSI
  TERMINATION was done, but no XCF TOKEN was in place causing the
  abend.
  Another symptom is that an ABEND0C6 can be seen if the TOSI
  loadlib is not specified and the TOIPARMS XCFGROUP= parameter
  is not in place. In such case, QCF requests TOSI to TERMINATE,
  but no XCFGROUP was present as a TOSI INIT was not done prior.

  Note: With APARs PI80791 and PI84670 applied and the TOIPARMS
        statement specified in the UNLOAD JCL, it is necessary
        that the user has the TOSI loadlib (SFOILOAD) specified in
        the STEPLIB DD. If not, the user may encounter an S806
        ABEND stating that the module FOICPRM0 cannot be found
        since the TOSI loadlib is necessary for the OTMA cleanup
        introduced in the previously mentioned APARs.
