• Introduce threshold and routine filtering for Application Trace
  Facility (ATF)
  
  There can also be a rare timing issue that has to do with when
  items are deleted from the ATF que. In this case you may see an
  0C4 abend KO2ODB2F and the following message
  KO2R0123E START FAILED FOR DATA SET
  T7516.UEW.TRACE.D0E5.F7119
  DIV ERROR 00000004 00C10037 (DSSTRT  )

  filtering has been added to ATF. Additionally, traces can
