Error description

• When an exception notification message needs to be sent, the
  Policy Services allocates storage to send messages. However,
  the Policy Services does not release the storage after sending
  the notification message.

  When an exception notification message needs to be sent, the
  Policy Services allocates storage to send messages. However, the
  Policy Services does not release the storage after sending the
  notification message.
  Each time the AD job sends a notification message by the Policy
  Services, job region size of the AD increases. If the message
  notifications are performed repeatedly, the AD job might be
  failed by storage obtain failure.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Policy Services has been modified to release storages that
  are allocated for sending notification messages.
