Error description

  • 1. When large numbers of Fast Path 64-bit subpools and the
associated subpool extents are to be reported, IMS may
   externalize Fast Path 64-bit buffer manager statistics data
   utilizing multiple IMS 4516 log records. IMS Performance
   Analyzer's IRUR report processor does not currently support
   'split' IMS 4516 log records.
2. Dialog Help text related to Resource Utilization Statistics
   is incorrect in its description of when application
   statistics fields are available for reporting.

Problem conclusion


    

  • 1. Extend support for IMS 4516 log records within IMS
   Performance Analyzer's IRUR report processor in order to
   cater for DBFBPNO3 or DBFBPNO4 data segments split across
   multiple 4516 log records.

2. Dialog Help text related to Resource Utilization Statistics
   has been corrected in its description of when application
   statistics fields are available for reporting.
