  Problem description
  When overriding an empty entry or exit code for a state there is
  no option to remove the code and remove the entry state symbol,
  i.e. re-inherit the empty entry code.

Problem conclusion

• When you editing some non-empty entry/exit code for a redefined
  state, if you will remove all code and perform save it will not
  delete the related opaque behavior and therefore will not remove
  the corresponding decoration from the state.
  It is deleted properly now(fixed in RSA RTE 2017.28).
