Error description

• We will fix 2 bugs in that APAR.
  The first one scrolling issue : Fixing the scroll issue by
  column when scrolling by CSR.
  The second issue we will fix is to add a hard fetch limit.
  The description will be:
  Fixing an issue to allow user to limit result set to specific
  number or records.
  "RESULT SET LIMIT" option will be provided in User Settings
  panel.
