APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• 1. Subsystem Cloning component should use documented messages
  instead of trace in the output for CLEANUP-CATALOG-ORPHANS.
  2. PADDED = ' ' should be treated as 'Y' to avoid IX_PADDED
  mismatch and generating a REBUILD for index
  3. If several indexes were eligible for REPAIR processing,
  REPAIR was called for only one of them. After applying this fix
  REPAIR should be called for all eligible indexes.
