* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: A severe error (code X'080C') has       *
*                      occurred in module DFHSOSE.             *
****************************************************************
A CICS region drives webservice requests to a remote CICS
region using EXEC CICS WEB SEND over a persistent SSL socket
connection. The workload fails under load when the sending
region issues the error message DFHSO0002 A severe
error (code X'080C') has occurred in module DFHSOSE after a
DFHSOIS INQUIRE call. This is because two tasks end up using
the same S8 TCB at the same time.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • DFHSOIS INQUIRE has been changed so that tasks retain their
ownership of S8 TCBs.
