Error description

• Clarify in TCz what is required when installing UET as part of
  the Solution Pack and using Autonomics Director functionality.
  Update the help panel as follows:
  The load library required for the Autonomics Director
  functionality is hlq.SDYXLOAD.
  A policy with the action AUTO_DIRECTOR in combination with the
  RULE element is also required.
  An example of the policy requirement will be included.
