  The LongURLOptimization option reduces memory usage of long,
  unoptimized rule sets that repeatedly expand long values in
  RewriteCond and RewriteRule variables. Available in 2.5 and
  later.
  

Problem conclusion

• A LongURLOptimization option was added to reduce memory usage
  for long mod_rewrite configurations.
  
  This fix is targeted for IBM HTTP Server fix packs:
  - 7.0.0.45
  - 8.0.0.14
  - 8.5.5.13
  - 9.0.0.5
