Error description

• Set the termination in progress flag for generic exits to
  resolve ABEND0C4.

  * USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM Tools Base v1.5             *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Tools Base Generic MSC Exit abended     *
  *                      with a S0C4 at IMS shutdown. The        *
  *                      termination in progress flag was not    *
  *                      set correctly.                          *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Install the PTF.                             *
  ****************************************************************
  This PTF corrects Tools Base Generic MSC Exit S0C4 abend at IMS
  termination.

• Install the PTF to correct the S0C4 abend.
