Error description

• The generated JCL from Work Statement List has &ZUSER instead
  of PREFIX for SYSERR and SYSPRINT
  
  PREFIX was specified on the Tool Customizer for DB2 Admin V12
  

Local fix

• To get around the issue, update SADBSLIB(ADB2UCUU):
  From:
  )SET ASYSER1 = &ZUSER..SYSERR
  to:
  )SET ASYSER1 = &PREFIX..SYSERR

  The fix will allow the DB2 Admin Tool Utility function to
  honor the following IBM Tools Customizer for z/OS
  parameter setting:
  
   HLQ of utility data sets . . . PREFIX
  
  This gives the Administrator of DB2 Admin Tool the
  provision to conditionally manage the Admin Tool
  generated utility data sets to use TSO PROFILE
  PREFIX setting as the High Level Qualifier
