PI83026: WHEN PERFORMING WITHDRAW WITH TSE DEVICES, RECOVERY EXPERT MUST PERFORM SPACE RELEASE YES TO PREVENT POSSIBLE HOST ADAPTER FAIL

APAR status

Error description

• When performing a withdraw with TSE devices, RE must always
  perform a space release yes.  Failure to do so may lead to
  microcode logic errors being reported on the host adapter, and
  eventually, with RE redriving the request down several paths,
  to multiple host adapters being reset, with the result
  that all hosts using these host adapters may fail.
