Error description

• While migrating to V3R13, an installation with invalid or
  missing GDPS CDS configuration data in DSISVRT may experience
  a REXX error like the following while attempting to update the
  configuration from the "Sysplex Resource Management" panels:
  EAGREX4000E Error 40 running compiled VPC8CB00, line 2089:
  Incorrect call to routine
  EAGREX4017I Argument not positive or zero
