• An alternative to PCT is needed to allow basic configuration
  of IHS with the WAS Plug-in in Liberty environments.

  IBM HTTP Server with Liberty needs an alternative way to
  perform basic configuration of IHS with the WAS Plug-in.
  

Problem conclusion

• A script (simplepct.sh/simplepct.bat) has been added to
  perform basic configuration of IHS with the WAS Plug-in.
  
  This fix is targeted for IBM HTTP Server fix packs:
  - 9.0.0.5
  - 8.5.5.19
