Error description

In a servant region (SR) there was an EC3 WLM timeout.  In a
review of the java threads and java locks for the servant
region, one will find a thread in this state:

Problem conclusion

Removed the unnessary synchronized code.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 8.0.0.14, 8.5.5.13 and 9.0.0.5.  Please refer to the
