PI82380: ABEND0C4 IQCQMR30-AT-MR3B AT X'400' CAUSING IMS REGION TO FAIL

Error description

• ABENDS0C4 IQCQMR30-AT-MR3B at x'400' which causes IMS region to
  fail.  QCF batch job doing BROWSE was running at the time of
  the S0C4.  It was attempting to return an error code, but caused
  an abend instead.
